Professionally decorated by one of the Strand’s leading designers, this home is impressive from the moment you enter the front door. The up market living area is simply divine with its cool and pleasing palette of warm welcoming tones. A full microfiber sofa, loveseat and occasional chair provide plenty of enjoyable seating for great entertainment and conversation. A large flat panel TV and DVD player completes the spacious room.
Gently flowing from the living area, you will find the spacious gourmet kitchen and the cabinets filled with a superb array of cookware and everything you need to prepare a fabulous meal at home. Enjoy inside or outside dining! There is a complete dining room with comfortable seating for six, a breakfast bar and the wonderful screened porch just off the kitchen, with additional seating for six overlooking a lake with a tranquil flowing fountain. A half bath and complete laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen area. The one vehicle garage offers direct access into the home.
The splendid master suite is tucked away off the kitchen and is beautifully prepared with a king size bed, ceiling fan, triple dresser, TV and a private bath suite. The master bath suite has an oversized easy step in shower and his and her sinks at the vanity. Directly past is an expansive walk in closet. Upstairs is a delightful twin bedroom suite with a full bath just outside the entrance. A fabulous queen size second master suite is located across the hall and well dressed with fine bedding and accessories. A full bath adjoins the second master and contains a tub and shower enclosure. The loft area is a grand retreat for getting away with a favorite book, sinking into total relaxation in the extra-large lounge chair.
